Refunds are not issued and returns are not accepted on our merchandise because items made here are customized or personalized. These items have been created or altered according to your request. However, if your order has been delayed or an error was made on behalf of KandiaHaynesworth.com, we will waive this agreement and issue you a refund, offer you a discount or cancel your order entirely at your request.
Reporting An Error
If an error was made to your order, it is required that a claim be submitted within 3 days of delivery. This means if your order arrives on a Tuesday, you should report the error made to your order no later than Thursday of that week. Return of Merchandise
If it is necessary or requested for the merchandise to be returned due to an error made by KandiaHaynesworth.com, we will send you a shipping label for you to adhere to the outside of the returned package. We will pick up the cost of shipping charges and issue you a Return Tracking Number. Please DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE without notice because it will not be accepted. For security purposes we monitor incoming and outgoing packages. Without authorization or notification of your returned package, it will be deemed SUSPICIOUS and delivery will be DECLINED.
